Richard Madeley - Managing Director & Lead Facilitator
Richard has 15 years of experience in corporate learning. He has spent 9 of those years holding key Learning & Development roles in a diverse range of industries from Commercial Real Estate, Educational Publishing and Luxury Retail, to Non-Profit / Public Sector organisations. Most recently, he has headed up a global network of 340+ coaches and facilitators, together delivering up to 300 sessions per week (online and face to-face), in 64 different countries. He has personally delivered behaviour-change workshops and seminars to tens of thousands of participants in hundreds of companies across five continents, and he has a great passion for sharing the insights he has learned from all those interactions.
