As a co-founder and former CEO, Nick brings rigour, range, and a human perspective to his facilitation practice, helping individuals and teams navigate complexity and deliver sustainable, meaningful change together.

He has delivered over 2,000 behavioural science–based workshops to global organisations, including FTSE 100 and S&P 100 clients, working with audiences from early-career talent to senior leaders. With a background spanning energy, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, insurance, legal, and healthcare sectors, he brings breadth and depth to his work. He has designed award-winning development programmes, led large-scale organisational transformation initiatives, and delivered leadership experiences for senior and high-potential leaders. Known for his engaging and psychologically grounded style, Robert creates environments that balance challenge with support, enabling individuals and teams to build confidence and apply learning in meaningful ways. Alongside his professional work, he leads a men’s mental health community focused on connection, reflecting his belief in the power of human relationships to drive resilience and lasting change.

  • Katya is an award-winning facilitator and ICF-accredited executive coach with international experience helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and lead meaningful change. She has designed and delivered thousands of workshops, keynotes, and coaching engagements—virtually and in person—working across industries, cultures, and leadership levels from early-career professionals to C-Suite executives. With a background spanning healthcare, academia, the arts, and organisational development, she brings both breadth and depth to her work. Her approach is psychologically informed, compassionate, and highly engaging, combining emotional intelligence with practical insight and a distinctive ability to challenge thinking constructively. Known for her energy, clarity, and humour, Katya creates environments where individuals and teams feel both supported and stretched, enabling meaningful behavioural change and stronger collaboration. Her perspective is shaped by 17 years within a central London NHS therapeutic team specialising in HIV+ care, palliative support, and addiction services, where she developed deep expertise in resilience, wellbeing, and allyship under pressure. Alongside her facilitation and coaching work, she continues to focus on leadership, team dynamics, cross-cultural collaboration, ethics, and mindfulness for wellbeing and creativity.

  • Sean is a facilitator, executive coach, and behavioural scientist with two decades of experience working at the intersection of human performance and high-stakes decision-making. He has delivered more than 2,500 sessions to over 40,000 participants, including senior leaders at organisations such as BCG, KPMG, EDF, Enbridge, Citi, Rothschild, and Ørsted. Working across financial services, energy, professional services, and critical infrastructure, Sean supports organisations where the ability to make sound decisions under pressure is business-critical. Alongside his coaching and facilitation work, he co-founded Yumchaa, scaling the London tea company into a multi-site business with 80 employees and £4M turnover before leading its preparation for public listing and IPO. He later worked in venture capital with a focus on deep technology investment. Combining experience as an operator, founder, investor, and behavioural scientist, Sean brings a commercially grounded perspective to leadership resilience, decision-making under pressure, and the cognitive conditions that underpin sound judgment and sustained performance.

With nine years in leadership and L&D, and a broader background spanning sales, marketing, operations, and recruitment, he brings both commercial insight and behavioural expertise. Certified in emotional intelligence and mindfulness, Jon supports leaders at all levels to build lasting, effective habits.

With a background spanning military resilience training, behavioural coaching, and entrepreneurship, David brings both range and applied insight to his work. As a former U.S. Army Master Resilience Trainer, a coach at Calm, and a co-founder of a mental performance company, he combines evidence-based practice with real-world experience. Trained in CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, he creates engaging, high-trust environments where people contribute openly, think more clearly, and turn insight into practical action.
